Jay M. Rochlin

Author Jay Rochlin is the grandson of Russian Jewish immigrants. A native of Nogales, Arizona, he grew up on the U.S.-Mexico border. He has a Ph.D. in higher education and is now editor of Arizona Alumnus magazine at the University of Arizona.
