Books may be ordered online with a credit card via our shopping cart, which is accessible through each book’s page. Retailers should call our distribution center in Chicago at (800) 621-2736. All orders for print books are for in-stock titles and will take at least two to three business days to process. For titles that are not yet published, we will place your title on back order and ship the books within two to three business days from receipt in our warehouse.
For expedited shipping, please call our distribution center and let them know your delivery requirements. They will advise you on cost and expedited delivery timeline.
