Kevin R. Johnson is Dean of the School of Law and Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and Chicano/a Studies at the University of California, Davis. He is also the president of the Board for Legal Services of Northern California. He is the author of The “Huddled Masses” Myth: Immigration and Civil Rights.
