Lisceth Brazil-Cruz

Lisceth Brazil-Cruz is an interdisciplinary researcher on understanding the predictive and protective factors that promote women of color in STEM fields. Additionally, her research addresses access to health and education resources for underserved communities. Her research interests include educational and pipeline issues affecting disenfranchised, underserved, and vulnerable student populations as well as issues of equity among communities of color. Throughout her research endeavors, she holds a firm commitment to address the issues affecting populations while employing a methodology focused on empowering communities.
