Miruna Achim

Miruna Achim is an associate professor at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana-Cuajimalpa in Mexico City. Her research focuses on the history of science, medicine, and technology. Her most recent book, From Idols to Antiquity: Forging the National Museum of Mexico, received the 2018 prize for the best book on the history of collecting by the Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia.
