Roger Norum

Roger Norum is a university lecturer in cultural anthropology at the University of Oulu, Finland. His research focuses on the shifting practices of media, mobility, and the environment, primarily among transient and precarious communities. He has carried out extensive fieldwork in the European Arctic and Nepal since 2008, and has coordinated several large, EU-funded research programs on socioenvironmental issues.
