Stephen P. Mumme

Stephen Paul Mumme is a professor of political science at Colorado State University, Fort Collins, with a research specialization that focuses on U.S.-Mexico water and environmental policies. He is the author or co-author of more than 150 journal articles and book chapters, most of these addressing various topics related to water and environmental management along the boundary. In 2020 he was honored by the Association for Borderlands Studies with its Lifetime Achievement Award.
