Desk and Exam Copies

For instructors who have already decided to adopt a book and have placed a campus bookstore order, submit a desk copy request.

For instructors considering a book for course use, please submit an exam copy request.

For instructors in Canada, submit your request through UBC Press here.

For instructors in the United Kingdom or Europe, please order desk copies through the Mare Nostrum Group (https://mngbookshop.co.uk/inspection-review-copy-requests/).

Submit a desk copy request only if you have already adopted a University of Arizona Press book for course use.

Requests to consider a book for potential course use should be submitted as an Exam Copy request (see below).

On department letterhead, email your request to cquan@uapress.arizona.edu, including the following information:

We will review your request as soon as possible and get in touch if we have any questions. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Once your request is approved, we will ship your book to the address you provided. Books typically arrive via USPS within 10-12 business days from the Chicago Distribution Center.

Qualified instructors of appropriate courses may request access to a complimentary eBook to consider for classroom use.

There is a limit of five digital examination copies per instructor, per semester.

We use BiblioVault to distribute eBooks. Once you submit course and book information following our insturctions, we will send a BilioVault link to the email address provided. To access your ebook, click the BiblioVault link and either use a Gmail account to view the eBook in a browser or download the PDF directly to your device.
